An Adult Family Home is a place where 3-4 unrelated people live together in a community setting. Services provided include 24 hour supervision, supportive care, up to 7 hours of nursing care, community integration, medication administration and health monitoring.

Assisted Living: Unbreakable Commitments Home and Health Adult Family Homes are located in the Milwaukee area. We currently have 3 locations . Unbreakable Commitments guarantees individualized, person centered care to all residents. Our assisted living facilities is licensed and regulated by the State of Wisconsin to provide 24 hour care for your family members including, room and board, health monitoring, gourmet meals, enrichment activities that include community integration, behavioral health and life skills training. Our caregivers are highly trained and experienced in providing the care and services that are needed for you or your loved one. All staff is CBRF Certified, Challenging Behavioral Specialist and certified trained to directly intervene in crisis situations utilizing de- escalation techniques as well restrictive and nonrestrictive interventions. We have provided quality caregiving services to Wisconsin families since 2017 and are a trusted resource for seniors and their families.
Unbreakable Commitments Home and Health has 2 facilities in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Each house is licensed for 3-4 residents.
Training: Unbreakable Commitments provide in house caregiver training as well direct care worker training to the general public in person and virtually. We realize the importance of providing quality caregivers to ensure quality care of our residents. We extend training services to the public recognizing the challenges all caregivers,first responders, medical personnel, law enforcement, and human service professionals face daily.
